1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "winph2," "we," "us," "our" refers to the winph2 online casino platform accessible at winph2.app and its affiliated services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on winph2 or accesses the platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on winph2.
• "Platform" means the winph2 website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services.
• "Real Money Play" means any game session funded by actual Philippine Peso deposits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a player's account by winph2.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on winph2, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and winph2. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

winph2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on winph2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online casino services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of winph2, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with winph2 or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

winph2 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

4. Account Registration

Each player may register only one (1) account on winph2. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. winph2 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

winph2 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee access to all features of the Platform.

4.1 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, winph2 requires players to complete KYC verification. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID). Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required. winph2 may request KYC documentation at any time, including before a player's first deposit.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph2 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any third party. winph2 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

Any activity conducted through your winph2 account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized the activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify winph2 support immediately and change your password.

winph2 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. winph2 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on winph2 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). winph2 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. winph2 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. winph2 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution. winph2 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security review or compliance purposes.

6.2 Prohibited Payment Methods

winph2 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any attempt to fund an account using prohibited payment methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger a compliance review.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

winph2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• winph2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• winph2 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold withdrawals if fraudulent activity is detected.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on winph2 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on winph2's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative. winph2 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or interrupted game sessions caused by factors outside winph2's control.

winph2 reserves the right to void any wager or game result where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winph2 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using winph2 to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to winph2 support immediately.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Registering or operating more than one account on winph2.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform or other players' experience.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the winph2 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of winph2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from winph2 without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

winph2's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winph2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Responsible Gaming

winph2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from winph2. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• winph2 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require winph2 to restrict the account.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

Players may voluntarily close their winph2 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

14. Privacy

winph2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on winph2, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winph2 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

15. Amendments

winph2 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of winph2 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact winph2 customer support to seek an amicable resolution. winph2 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
